Hello everyone!
A year ago I posted on instagram about my bookish dream squad. Since, I’ve archived the post but I thought I’d share it here! I seperated the characters into different categories: characters that posses skills or superpowers I wish I had, personalities I would love to be around (or have) and inspiring couples!
Skills I wish I had

Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
Kaz Brekker: Honestly all of the Dregs would be part of my squad but I would particularly have Kaz Brekker in it! He’s the smartest character I’ve ever read about and something about him is so magnetic!

The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
Katniss Everdeen: I would love to have Katniss Everdeen in my squad because she is a survivor. She survived two deady arenas, she has a strong sense of sacrifice and somehow still values her life. She’s very inspirational!

The Cruel Prince by Holly Black
Jude Duarte is a badass! I love her so much! I love how she embraces her flaws and everything that limits her and how she tries to overcome her shortcolings! She inspires me so much and she’s my favorurite female character ever!
Superpowers I wish I had

Obsidian by Jennifer L. Armentrout (Lux series)
Daemon Black is one of the strongest Luxen in his community and that would be a useful skill if we were under attack! He’s very protective of his loved ones and I love that about him.

A Court Of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
Rhysand and Feyre: Once again I would love the whole Court of Dreams to be in my squad but especially Rhysand and Feyre for their powers and their spectacular chemistry. I know they’re mates but the way they move and work together is wonderful.

Ruby Red by Kerstin Gier
Gwendolyn Shepherd and Gideon de Villiers: Gwen and Gideon can travel back in time…need I say more?
Personality: People I would love to be around

To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before trilogy by Jenny Han
Lara Jean Song Covey: Having Lara Jean as a sibling or best friend must be a blessing! She is such a kind, caring and funny character! She surely must enlighten your day when you’re around her!

Lola and The Boy Next Door by Stephanie Perkins
Lola Nolan: Lola is a fashionista and her style and confidence is so inspiring! I love for her to style me and give me the confidence to wear my clothes with pride
One True Pairs: Inspiring couples

A Court Of Thorns and Roses by Sarah J. Maas
Rhysand and Feyre: I love how there can be mates in books so you truly know people are perfect for each other and Feyre and Rhysand’s love story just brought me to tears; it was truly wonderful and touching to read about!

The Book of Ivy by Amy Engel
Ivy Westfall and Bishop Lattimer: My all time favorite One True Pair is Bishop and Ivy! It was wonderful seeing their love blossom, see them discovering each other, supporting each other and ultimately saving each other. I love their love story!
