Just like the month of August, my summer holidays are coming to an end, and I’m going back to school tomorrow. I thought it would be fun to recap everything I liked, read and watched this summer! Here it goes:
Books I read:
- Alexa (Tout en nuances #2) by Erika Boyer
- Origin (Lux #4) by Jennifer L. Armentrout
- The Beholder (The Beholder #1) by Anna Bright
- The Princess and the Fangirl by Ashley Poston
- Crown of Midnight by Sarah J. Maas
- Becoming by Michelle Obama
- Tropismes by Nathalie Sarraute
- Witch-Hat Atelier (vol.1) by Kamome Shirahama
- La Nuit Remue by Henri Michaux
- Scarlet (The Lunar Chronicles #2) by Marissa Meyer
- Robinson Crusoe by Daniel Defoe
- The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid
I had a great reading time this summer! It wasn’t always easy to will myself to pick up a few books, especially the ones compulsory for school but the others were mostly entertaning and fun. I particularly loved Becoming, Scarlet and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo!
My September TBR:
- Serpent and Dove by Shelby Mahurin . This is my most anticipated September release!
- Milk and Honey by Rupi Kaur
- The Sun and Her flowers by Rupi Kaur
- Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo
- Heir of Fire (Throne of Glass #3) by Sarah J.Maas
Other Favorites:
Four Weddings and a Funeral by Mike Newell

Okay one thing you need to know about me is that young Hugh Grant is and will forever be my weakness. I don’t know how many times I rewatched some of his movies but somehow I had never seen this one. It was fun and entertaining and I adored the poem “Funeral Blues” by W.H. Auden!

Sex and the City (season 1) by Darren Star

I was not born when the series first aired and when it would air later, I was simply too young to watch it. Now at the ripe old age of 20, I feel like it’s time for me to binge-watch the whole TV show. I am absolutely loving it so far.
