Here’s my weekly Top 5 Tuesday hosted by the wonderful Shannah @Bionic Bookworm Blog (go check out her blog; it’s amazing!). This week will feature (as the title suggets) my Top 5 favourite booktube channels! I am so so so excited for this week’s theme. Booktube has had a huge impact on my reading; I loved seeing readalongs, conversations with authors, book recommendations, book tags…It was one of the first ways I connected with other readers and extended my reading horizon. I am so grateful for booktubers. Without further ado here are 5 of my favourite booktube channels!
Sasha is the first book tuber I’ve ever watched! I did not know about book tube at all and I stumbled across her account and it has been the best decision since! I loved how huge her bookshelves were and it has kind of been my goal ever since to have as many books as she does! I loved how bubbly and passionate she is. She also used to motivate me to read more and got me out of my reading slumps!
I love love love Hailey! Her views are always spot on and honest! She is not afraid to DNF books and point out the good and bad. I love her recommendations and she always puts a smile on my face!
Zoe is THE book best friend I needed. She seems so kind and honest and I absolutely love her discussions, her readings and her book tags! We have similar reading taste, so I always trust her judgment.
Christine Ricci is to Booktube was Michelle Phan is to the Beauty Community on Youtube. Without Christine there wouldn’t even be Booktube! She is so energetic, fun and passionate. She was so inspiring! My favorite video is the one where she met my favorite author, Gayle Forman! It was so funny and I loved how she reacted exactly the same way I would!
I just can’t explain why I love Catriona’s videos. Her voice is very sotthing to me for some reason and I love her personality! We don’t have the same opinions on books but it’s really nice to have another point of view. Her vlogs are always cool and interesting to watch!
That’s it! What are some of YOUR favorite book channels? Let me know in the comments! 🙂
