April TBR/ O.W.L.s 2020

Hello lovelies!

I am very excited for this post because this month and for the first time ever, I am participating in the O.W.L.s hosted by the wonderful @bookroast you can find her on Youtube, Instagram, Twitter!).

Since this is my first year, I am going for the (basic) carrer choice of Auror! In order to achieve my O.W.L.s, I have to study for five subjects:

Charms – Lumos Maxima (White Cover)

I have been meaning to read this book since forever. I am so happy to finally tackle this book!

Defense Against The Dark Arts – Gryndylows (book set at the sea/ coast)

This book has been sitting on my TBR for a while and I have only heard amazing reviews about it, so I cannot wait!

Herbology – Mimbulus Mimnletonia (title starts with ‘M’)

Roald Dahl was my “auto-buy” author as a child, and The Witches is my all-time favourite. I cannot believe I haven’t even read this book yet.

Potions – Shrinking Solutions (book under 150 pages)

This is a beloved French classic and I am so happy to be able to finally read it!

Transfiguration – Animagus lecture (book/series that includes shapeshifting)

I have recentre finished A Curse so Dark and Lonely (see my review, here) and I’m a little nervous as to how this will evolve but we’ll see..
