Evidence of dark magic begins to appear all over Salem, and Hannah’s sure it’s the work of a deadly Blood Witch. While the pair attempt to smoke out the Blood Witch at a house party, Hannah meets Morgan, a cute new ballerina in town. Title: A Room of One’s Own

Author: Virginia Woolf

Blurb: In A Room of One’s Own, Virginia Woolf imagines that Shakespeare had a sister. A sister equal to Shakespeare in talent, and equal in genius, but whose legacy is radically different. This imaginary woman never writes a word and dies by her own hand, her genius unexpressed. If only she had found the means to create, argues Woolf, she would have reached the same heights as her immortal sibling. In this classic essay, Virginia Woolf takes on the establishment, using her gift of language to dissect the world around her and give voice to those who are without. Her message is a simple one: women must have some money and a room of their own in order to have the freedom to create.

My Year 2017 in Books

I wish you all a Happy New Year; I hope your dreams and aspirations will come true whether it’s health, money, love or success. Also long time no-see and I’m deeply sorry. I know most people me included don’t hold their New Year’s resolutions but I’m going to try to update more this year.

Unfortunately due to many factors, I only read 17 books, which is a huge disappointment to my initially 50, then 35 books challenge. I will give you the stats Thanks to Goodreads and I will also tell you which were my favorite books, my least favorite ones and general commentaries. Enjoy!

The order is random, and not ranked to favourite-to-least favourite.
